06.45 to 7.30 - Rise & Ride With Marie In Studio One
Come on an indoor cycling journey with Marie. Where you will climb hills, race down them, Enjoy flat steady rides and sprint to the finish line. This class is varied, Challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. Bring a towel and water and you will definitely be needing them

09.15 to 10.00 - HIIT With Marilyn in Studio One
Marilyn's HIIT Class focuses on training the cardiovascular system and building strength with bursts of high intensity followed by rest periods.
The bursts consist of high intensity strength and cardio exercises using dumbbells and body weight followed by brief periods of recover.


10.30 to 11.30 - Zumba With Annalisa In Studio One
Annalisa's classes often incorporate different dance styles and choreography, making it a fun and dynamic way to exercise while enjoying music and movement. It's known for its inclusivity and is suitable for people of various fitness levels.

12.15 to 13.00 - Power Burn & Tone With Melanie In Studio One
Continuous aerobic cardio conditioning class to prolong and maintain fat burning with intervals of intensity

19.00 to 20.30 - Boxing With Kaan In Studio One
Boxing classes can be an excellent way to learn a new skill, challenge yourself physically and mentally, and improve overall fitness levels in a supportive and engaging environment.



STUDIO TWO

10.30 to 11.15 - Shesensu With Natasha in Studio Two
Shesensu is a fluid mobility movement class anyone can join. It mixes ancient & modern, Eastern & Western movement patterns & exercise techniques into one total body mindful flow. The class is a combination of cardio, sculpt, mobility and stretch to challenge and work the whole body holistically, functionally & intelligently. Using addictive tribal beats to uplift & motivate ending in relaxation & breath work. A truly unique workout. 

12.00 to 13.00 - Tai Chi With Jo Golden in Studio Two
This class is for all ages regardless of your level of fitness. Focusing on the slow gentle movements of the body and the breath, these movements assist in the support and strengthening of joints and muscles, increasing flexibility. Drawing on the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong the movements are easy to follow. The class also incorporates a small part of Lam Style Tai Chi form called the small circle form. 

13.30 to 14.30 - Senior Pilates With Vicky in Studio Two
 Senior Pilates is a modified form of Pilates tailored specifically for older adults. It focuses on gentle, low-impact exercises that help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. These classes often use modified movements and props like resistance bands or Pilates balls to support participants with limited mobility or other physical concerns.


18.30 to 19.30 - Zumba With Antonella In Studio Two
Is a high-energy fitness class that combines dance and aerobic movements set to energetic music from various genres like salsa, merengue, reggaeton, hip-hop, and more


19.45 to 20.45 - Physio Flow With Zhila in Studio Two
Where the principles of Physio Therapy meet the flow of vinyasa, To create a practice that is energising and anatomically thoughtful.It's the class that keeps your joints stable yet supple, So that you can keep doing the things you love - Whether that's Yoga, Running, Lifting Weights, Sports or simply moving about your life with greater ease.Expect mobility drills, Core and postural awareness, Creative sequencing and to ingrain functional movement patterns that you can carry across disciplines and into your day to day life.
