Class Timetable

At Crouch End Fitness, we believe that fitness should feel good physically, mentally, and socially. That’s why we’ve created two beautiful, purpose - built studios offering more than just workouts, they offer space to move, connect, and feel your best. With over 300 square metres of studio space and more than 50 weekly classes, there’s something for every mood, every level, and every kind of goal.

Studio One is where the energy comes alive. It’s spacious, fully equipped, and ready for action - packed sessions like spin, boxing, strength training, circuits, and more. With space for up to 28 participants, you’ll feel the motivation from those around you while still having plenty of room to focus on your own progress. Great music, expert instructors, and an upbeat vibe make it the perfect place to push yourself and have fun doing it.

Right next door, Studio Two offers a completely different energy - calm, focused, and full of natural light. This space was designed with relaxation and mindfulness in mind, making it ideal for yoga, Pilates, mobility work, and slower, restorative movement. It’s where you come to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself whether that’s first thing in the morning or after a long day.

We pride ourselves on offering a class timetable that’s as varied and dynamic as our members. Alongside popular favourites like spin, strength, boxing, yoga, and Pilates, we also host more specialised and unique sessions. You’ll find pole dancing classes that help build strength and confidence, Qi Gong and Tai Chi for balance, control, and inner calm, and even Capoeira, the powerful blend of martial arts, music, and dance rooted in Afro-Brazilian culture. No two weeks need to ever feel the same - there’s always something new to try.

Our instructors are what bring our classes to life. They’re not only professionally trained, they’re passionate, approachable, and here to help you get the most out of every session. Whether you're just starting out or looking to challenge yourself, they’ll guide you with encouragement, personalised support, and plenty of motivation.

And just as important as the workout itself is the community you’ll find here. Our group classes are full of welcoming, like-minded people who are supportive, positive, and genuinely happy to see each other succeed.        Class Booking & Attendance Policy

  • Advance Booking
    Members may book classes up to 7 days in advance.

  • No Show & 3-Strike Policy
    A 3 strike policy applies: within any rolling 30 day period, if a member records 3 no - shows, their advance booking privileges will be suspended for that 30 day period.

  • Arrival Requirement
    Members must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Late arrivals may be denied entry, and the space will be allocated to a member from the waiting list.
