10.00 to 11.00 - Pump With Konstantina in Studio One
The trailblazing barbell experience, offers the perfect fitness solution for individuals eager to swiftly achieve a lean, sculpted, and robust physique.Through a dynamic combination of repetitive movements and light to moderate weights, this class delivers an all-encompassing, calorie-burning total body workout.

09.00 to 10.00 - Easeful Yoga Flow & Meditation With Natasha in Studio Two
This Yoga Flow and Meditation class is designed to welcome all body types, Ages and abilities to support a creative space for relaxation and self discovery.
Through a blend of gentle yoga poses encouraging the students to find there own flow by blending mindful movement, Breathwork and guided meditation, You will learn to connect deeply with your body and mind, Cultivating a sense of ease and inner peace.


14.00 to 15.00 - Pole - X - Flow (All Levels) With Frankie Wall in Studio Two
Step into your power and express your sensuality in this all-level exotic pole choreography class.
Whether you’re new to pole or a seasoned dancer, this class welcomes all bodies and backgrounds to explore movement in a supportive, empowering space.
Each week brings a fresh vibe and tempo - ranging from slow and sultry to fierce and fiery - so you’ll never get bored and always have a chance to expand your style. We’ll dive into exotic-style flow, low pole combos, and floorwork, with a strong focus on musicality, transitions, and emotional expression.

Heels are welcome (but not required), and modifications are offered throughout to support all experience levels.


15.00 to 16.00 - Pole - X - Low (All Levels) With Frankie Wall in Studio Two
This all level class is all about exploring the art of movement close to the floor where power meets sensuality.
You'll learn exotic-inspired floorwork sequences and low pole transitions that emphasize control, flow, and full - body expression. From slinky slides to powerful pivots and smooth transitions, this class helps you build strength, fluidity, and confidence in your movement.
Expect to challenge your flexibility, explore your artistry, and get a serious workout all while staying low to the ground.

Each week brings a fresh vibe and mood to match the music, so you'll continuously evolve your movement style and storytelling. No climbs or inverts just raw, grounded flow.


16.00 to 17.00 - Pole - X - Tricks (All Levels) With Frankie Wall in Studio Two
Ready to turn heads and own the stage?

This class blends the boldness of exotic movement with the thrill of spin pole and eye - catching tricks.
Learn to level up your performance with striking shapes, dramatic accents, and seamless transitions all designed for maximum impact.
We’ll explore dynamic low and up-the-pole tricks, controlled spin sequences, and stage-ready combos that bring out your fiercest, most empowered self.

Expect a powerful mix of strength, fluidity, and flair with fresh weekly combos. You'll build confidence in your spin control and learn to safely execute tricks that pop whether you're dancing for yourself, the stage, or the camera.

Best for :

Students with some pole experience
(Comfortable with basic spins and grips)
