08.00 to 08.45 - Spin & Core With Tracey in Studio One
Combining core and spin classes can create a well-rounded and intense workout session. Typically, these classes are structured to include two primary components.
The class involves 20 minutes on a stationary bike followed by 20 minutes of core strengthening using dumbbell's and resistance bands.
09.00 to 09.45 - Body Blitz With Tracey in Studio One
If your looking to improve strength & cardiovascular fitness then this class is for you.
A 45 Minute interval based class targeting all the major muscle group using resistance bands and body weight exercises.
09.45 to 10.45 - Zumba Mania With Raquel in Studio One
The beauty of this class is that you don't need to be a dancer or have any experience in dance. The routines are designed to be accessible to everyone, allowing participants to modify movements to suit their fitness level while having a blast. It's a fantastic way to get your heart pumping, burn calories, improve coordination, and have fun all at once!
11.15 to 12.00 - Balance & Flow With Tracey
Flow through a balanced sequence of bending and stretching exercises that blend the mindful stillness of yoga, the slow, circular grace of tai chi, and the controlled strength of Pilates. Designed to improve flexibility, balance, and core stability, this experience is enhanced by an inspiring background soundtrack that keeps you motivated and fully present.

11.15 to 12.00 - Aerobics Blast With Roger
This is a fun yet structured, high-energy cardio aerobics class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while keeping the workout engaging and enjoyable. The class is guaranteed to get you sweating and your blood pumping, all set to a selection of great club classic tunes that help maintain motivation throughout.The workout incorporates a variety of dynamic movements aimed at improving coordination, endurance, and overall fitness, while also supporting toning and calorie burning. 12.15 to 13.45 - Soul, Jazz Dance With Suzette in Studio One
Soul jazz dance incorporates the improvisational and expressive qualities of jazz dance while syncing movements to the soulful rhythms of soul music. It often involves intricate footwork, isolations, syncopated steps, and a strong emphasis on musicality and emotion.
STUDIO TWO
09.00 to 10.15 - Yoga Experienced With Danny in Studio Two
Aimed at those with some experience of yoga postures and will offer more challenging sequences involving a variety of hatha yoga practices with an emphasis on breath awareness and movement including a flowing style for certain posture groups. We will work safely, with suitable given alternatives, taking into consideration personal experience, limitations, medical conditions and energy levels. All classes will involve breath awareness and or pranayama and will conclude with a period of guided relaxation or seated meditation. Appropriate soundtracks will be used to facilitate the practices.
10.30 to 11.45 - Yoga For All Levels With Danny in Studio Two
A Class that will involve a variety of hatha yoga practices with an emphasis of breathe awareness and movement including a flowing style for certain posture groups.
in order to insure working safely there will be suitable alternatives, taking into consideration personal experience, limitations, medical conditions and energy levels.
The class will involve pranayama and will conclude with a period of guided relaxation or seated meditation.
12.00 to 12.45 - Pilates With Natasha in Studio Two
Pilates exercises focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. The method emphasizes controlled movements, proper breathing, and body alignment.
14.00 to 15.00 - Tai Chi With Jo Golden in Studio Two
This class is for all ages regardless of your level of fitness. Focusing on the slow gentle movements of the body and the breath, these movements assist in the support and strengthening of joints and muscles, increasing flexibility. Drawing on the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong the movements are easy to follow. The class also incorporates a small part of Lam Style Tai Chi form called the small circle form.
