STUDIO ONE

08.15  to 09.00 - Core & Spin With Tracey in Studio One
Combining core and spin classes can create a well-rounded and intense workout session. Typically, these classes are structured to include two primary components.
The class involves 20 minutes on a stationary bike followed by 20 minutes of core strengthening  using dumbbell's and resistance bands


08.15  to 09.00 - Body Blitz With Tracey On The Gym Floor
If your looking to improve strength & cardiovascular fitness then this class is for you.
A 45 Minute interval based class targeting all the major muscle group using resistance bands and body weight exercises.


09.30 to 10.30 - Zumba With Raquel in Studio One
The beauty of this class is that you don't need to be a dancer or have any experience in dance. The routines are designed to be accessible to everyone, allowing participants to modify movements to suit their fitness level while having a blast. It's a fantastic way to get your heart pumping, burn calories, improve coordination, and have fun all at once!

11.15 to 12.00 - HIIT - Circuit With Konstantina in Studio One
A structured fitness class or workout routine that involves a series of different exercises or stations performed sequentially. Participants move from one station to the next, completing a specific exercise at each station before progressing to the next one. Circuit classes are designed to provide a comprehensive and efficient full-body workout that combines elements of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility.

12.15 to 13.30 - Soul, Jazz Dance With Suzette in Studio One
Soul jazz dance incorporates the improvisational and expressive qualities of jazz dance while syncing movements to the soulful rhythms of soul music. It often involves intricate footwork, isolations, syncopated steps, and a strong emphasis on musicality and emotion.


STUDIO TWO

09.00 to 10.15 - Yoga Experienced With Danny in Studio Two

Aimed at those with some experience of yoga postures and will offer more challenging sequences involving a variety of hatha yoga practices with an emphasis on breath awareness and movement including a flowing style for certain posture groups. We will work safely, with suitable given alternatives, taking into consideration personal experience, limitations, medical conditions and energy levels. All classes will involve breath awareness and or pranayama and will conclude with a period of guided relaxation or seated meditation. Appropriate soundtracks will be used to facilitate the practices

10.30 to 11.45 - Yoga For All Levels With Danny in Studio Two
A Class that will involve a variety of hatha yoga practices with an emphasis of breathe awareness and movement including a flowing style for certain posture groups.
in order to insure working safely there will be suitable alternatives, taking into consideration personal experience, limitations, medical conditions and energy levels.
The class will involve pranayama and will conclude with a period of guided relaxation or seated meditation.


12.00 to 12.45 - Pilates With Natasha in Studio Two
Pilates exercises focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. The method emphasizes controlled movements, proper breathing, and body alignment.

13.00 to 13.45 - Shesensu With Natasha in Studio Two
Shesensu is a fluid mobility movement class anyone can join. It mixes  ancient & modern, Eastern & Western  movement patterns & exercise techniques into one total body mindful  flow. The class is a combination of cardio, sculpt, mobility and stretch to challenge and work the whole body holistically, functionally & intelligently.
Using addictive tribal beats to uplift & motivate ending in relaxation & breath work.  A truly unique workout.
