The Crouch Fitness Centre has the latest Star Trac and Nautilus resistance and cardio-vascular machines.

In addition we have a naturally lighted and a very well ventilated Cardio and Free Weights area, which includes a  wide range of Origin and Xenios equipment, up to 40kg dumbbells and an impressive functional training area.

With our knowledgable and friendly staff you will always have a member of the team on the gym floor ready to assist and help out with your workout allowing you to reach your goals even faster.
