09.15 to 10.00 - Glutes and Core Blast With Natalie in Studio One
Designed to shape the muscles of your legs, glutes and abs. It’ll help you get fitter, and improve athleticism. Training your core and lower body is a great way to improve muscle strength and maintain good balance and stability. Upper body will definitely not be neglected either!

10.30 to 11.30 - Zumba With Sabrina in Studio One
Zumba is a blast. It's a high-energy, dance-based workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise. The music is lively, the moves are fun, and the atmosphere is usually so positive that it's hard not to enjoy yourself. Plus, it's a great way to get active and break a sweat while having a great time.

18.15 to 19.00 - Spin With Tracey in Studio One
A low impact class combining endurance, strength and interval training on a stationary bike.

19.15 to 20.00 - Strength & Tone With Tracey In Studio One
A slow moving yet challenging class designed to improve strength, posture and flexibility. An all over fitness class that leaves you feeling strong, powerful and flexible.



STUDIO TWO


10.15 to 11.30 - Qiqong Yoga With Ben in Studio Two
A blend A Breath - Led practice for stress reduction and resilience.
Experience a gentle, breath centred blend of Yoga and Qigong designed to reduce stress and cultivate resilience. Through mindful movement - including twisting, flowing, bending and balancing.
This Practice refreshes the entire system promoting clarity, balance and renewed energy on multiple levels.


18.30 to 19.15 - Step Blast With Roger in Studio Two
This class offers an energetic and engaging step aerobics workout, incorporating both high and low-impact movements to enhance cardiovascular fitness and coordination. Set to an upbeat selection of 90's club classics, it provides a dynamic and motivating environment that encourages participants to stay active and energized throughout the session. This class is designed to be both fun and effective, delivering a full-body workout while keeping the atmosphere lively and enjoyable.

19.45 to 20.45 - Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga With Emily in Studio Two
Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of physical postures co-ordinated with breath.
A Practice for all levels balancing breath, mind and body.
Expect adjustments and specific guidance on postures throughout the class, beginning with breath work and ending with meditation. A great class for those looking to build a solid foundation to their yoga practice, and connect inwards with a slow and steady tempo.
