08.15 to 09.00 - Early Bird Pilates Fusion With Anabel in Studio Two
This class has been added for early risers who want to enjoy our very popular Anabel’s Pilates Fusion class before work. Focusing on the core and drawing from a variety of exercise styles, this mindful session combines strength, flexibility, balance, and stability to enhance posture, body awareness, and overall wellbeing.

11.45 to 13.00 - Kundalini Yoga With Andrew In Studio Two
Kundalini Yoga and meditation is a powerful tradition using asana (physical posture) Pranayama, (understanding and full use of breath) and meditation through sound and mantra. It is open to everyone, whatever their physical condition. It does not fixate on perfecting a ‘ posture’. Andrew has been teaching many forms of Yoga for fifteen years and found his home in Kundalini Yoga nine years ago
13.30 to 14.30 - Feldenkrais With Victoria in Studio Two
Feel, discover and move beyond your old deep habits to change and improve the ways you do anything in life, from breathing, standing, sitting, walking, reaching to anything you want to do for your sport, yoga, martial art, dance or performance.
The carefully structured, detailed Awareness Through Movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method invite you to get down on the floor, slow down, push less, take the time to explore, get curious, and enjoy finding (or re-finding!) easier, more efficient, effective and enjoyable ways to use your whole self.

18.30 to 19.30 - Pole Beginners (Foundation)
Suitable for absolute beginners to improvers. No prerequisites required.
Class Focus :
Foundational spins (fireman, chair), basic climbs, introductory floorwork, and building grip strength and endurance. Learn proper pole holds and weight transfers in a supportive environment.
19.30 to 20.30 - Pole Tricks (Improvers & Beyond)
This class is not suitable for absolute beginners.
Participants must be comfortable climbing the pole. If you have attended a few pole classes and are looking for more of a challenge, this class is ideal for you.
Class Focus :
Build strength, control, and confidence in advanced pole movement. The class focuses on handspring preparation, extended combinations, inverted shapes (including Scorpio, Gemini, and Ayesha drills), and conditioning for high-level tricks.
