A total body, low impact strength training workout using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, barbells and resistance bands to strengthen & tone your whole body.
19.30 to 20.45 - Capoeira For All Levels With Proffesora Forte in Studio One
A unique Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, music, and self-defence. Female led, welcoming all levels of fitness, it's an inclusive space that includes 20 Minutes of music followed by 15 minutes of warm up and then onto Movement.

10.15 to 11.00 - Pilates With Natasha in Studio Two
Pilates exercises focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. The method emphasizes controlled movements, proper breathing, and body alignment.
11.15 to 12.30 - Yoga With Pippa in Studio Two

18.30 to 19.30 - Disco Fit With Sarah in Studio Two
A blend of disco fit and step without the 80's grapevines and Lycra
19.45 to 21.00 - Yoga Flow and Restore With Natalie in Studio Two
This is a Yoga class for all levels, Which blends Hatha Flow with Restorative yoga. The restorative postures enable relaxation and breath connection; the Hatha flow sequences increase flexibility and circulation, and help improve balance and focus. Natalie is an experienced Triyoga trained teacher certified by the British Wheel of Yoga.
