I work with clients managing everything from hip and knee replacements to the everyday aches and pains we pick up along the way. I also specialize in supporting women through menopause, with a focus on strength, mobility, deep core engagement, and movement patterns that truly support long-term health.
My sessions blend strength training, cardiovascular fitness, fat-burning, and nutrition advice - all designed to support your body and mind. I also incorporate elements of mental health support and life coaching, because fitness is about more than just the body.

For the longest time I thought that living on salads and over-exercising was going to make me happy, but the truth is it didn’t. In fact, it wasn’t until I stopped worrying about how I looked and started to focus on how amazing training made me feel that everything fell into place.
I decided to become a personal trainer because I am passionate about sharing my journey, skills, and experience to help others get into a great place with both their physical and mental health.
