13.00 to 14.00 - Zumba With Sabrina in Studio One
A dynamic and high-energy fitness experience that combines dance, music, and aerobic exercise. The primary focus of a Zumba class is to make exercise fun and enjoyable while providing a full-body workout.

18.30 to 19.30 - Circuit With Tracey in Studio One

A low impact class combines endurance, strength and interval training on a stationary bike.



STUDIO TWO

09.15 to 10.00 - LGC (Legs, Glutes and Core) With Natalie in Studio Two
Designed to shape the muscles of your legs, glutes and abs. It’ll help you get fitter, and improve athleticism. Training your core and lower body is a great way to improve muscle strength and maintain good balance and stability. Upper body will definitely not be neglected either!


10.20 to 11.20 - Body Control Pilates With Natalie in Studio Two
Many classical Pilates exercises are often not suitable for the average person and the average body. In order for someone to work safely and effectively and to gain the full benefits of Pilates, these classical exercises should be broken down to establish good movement skills thus building the best possible foundation upon which to progress towards the classical, more advanced work. This is the essence of the Body Control Pilates Method. Central to the Method is ‘awareness of your own body’.  This approach will build you a stronger core with regular attendance.

19.45 to 21.00 - Iyengar Yoga With Naomi in Studio Two
Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga that places a strong emphasis on precision, alignment, and the use of props to facilitate asanas (yoga poses).
