Through a dynamic combination of repetitive movements and light to moderate weights, this class delivers an all-encompassing, calorie-burning total body workout.
13.00 to 14.00 - Zumba With Sabrina in Studio One
A dynamic and high-energy fitness experience that combines dance, music, and aerobic exercise. The primary focus of a Zumba class is to make exercise fun and enjoyable while providing a full-body workout.
18.30 to 19.30 - Circuit Revolution With Tracey in Studio One
A Structured fitness class or workout routine that involves a series of different exercises and stations performed sequentially. Participants move from one station to the next, Completing a specific exercise at each station before progressing to the next one. Circuit classes are designed to provide a comprehensive and efficient full - body workout that combines elements of strength training, Cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility.

09.15 to 10.00 - LGC (Legs, Glutes and Core) With Natalie in Studio Two
Designed to shape the muscles of your legs, glutes and abs. It’ll help you get fitter, and improve athleticism. Training your core and lower body is a great way to improve muscle strength and maintain good balance and stability. Upper body will definitely not be neglected either !
10.20 to 11.20 - Precision Pilates With Natalie in Studio Two
Many classical Pilates exercises are often not suitable for the average person and the average body. In order for someone to work safely and effectively and to gain the full benefits of Pilates, these classical exercises should be broken down to establish good movement skills thus building the best possible foundation upon which to progress towards the classical, more advanced work. This is the essence of the Body Control Pilates Method. Central to the Method is ‘awareness of your own body’. This approach will build you a stronger core with regular attendance.

14.00 to 15.00 - Social Dance Session With Candy in Studio Two
Come dance with Candy and experience the joy of movement while promoting health and wellbeing. In this vibrant and welcoming class, you'll learn a wide range of dance styles including the waltz, cha cha cha, jive, foxtrot, Argentine tango, soca, merengue, bachata, kizomba, and rumba. Whether you're new to dancing or have some experience, Candy will guide you step by step - and you'll even get the chance to create your own moves ! It’s the perfect way to stay active, boost confidence, and have fun in a supportive and energetic environment. All ages are welcome, and no partner is needed - just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move !

This class offers a sophisticated blend of theatrical routines featuring controlled floorwork, rhythmic heel accents, and level - appropriate spins and tricks. Emphasis is placed on musicality, expression, and fluidity, with modifications provided to accommodate all skill levels.
Participants are advised to bring knee pads.
19.45 to 20.30 - Pilates Core To Calm With Keith Elliot in Studio Two
Pilates Core to Calm is a beautiful fusion of strengthening Pilates and soothing sound therapy. Begin by moving your body through gentle yet empowering exercises designed to align your posture and activate your core. Then, transition into deep relaxation as you're bathed in calming, healing tones.
This unique practice offers a full reset for both body and mind helping you feel strong, centered, and serene.
All levels are warmly welcome.
20.45 to 21.30 -Sound Bath With Keith Elliot in Studio Two
Step into stillness and allow the healing vibrations of crystal bowls to guide you inward. In this 45-minute experience, pure, resonant tones create a calming soundscape that melts away stress, quiets the mind, and restores balance. Perfect as a stand-alone reset or beautifully paired with Pilates, this session leaves you feeling deeply nourished and renewed.
